How can I contact the store owner?

Where is this shop based?

This shop is based in Arima, Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago.

How much does shipping cost?

As I'm just starting, I've combined shipping with the cost price of my products (this is a bit of a loss for me, but I don't mind). In the future, I will have those prices separated for you.

 

When will my order ship out?

Most likely the day after it has been paid for or at the end of the week. I will email you once it has been dropped off at the post office. The post office is open from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday or after will be shipped in the next week.

 

How long does shipping take?

Local (Trinidad and Tobago)- 1 week or less

International- 3-6 weeks
 

Can I track my order?

I will be offering tracking for original paintings only at this point in time.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Can I combine orders?

Yes. Email me as soon as possible to let me know.

What payment types do you accept?

I use the payment system Wipay, a Caribbean alternative to PayPal.  I currently do not have reliable access to other payment types.
